Western Tauern Alps : ウィキペディア英語版 | Western Tauern Alps
The Western Tauern Alps ((ドイツ語:Westliche Tauernalpen), (イタリア語:Alpi dei Tauri occidentali)) are a mountain range of the Central Eastern Alps. == Geography == The range is bound by the Salzach river in the north; in the south the upper Drava and the Rienz in the Puster Valley form the border with the Southern Limestone Alps. In the west the Wipptal Valley up to the Brenner Pass and the course of the Eisack (''Isarco'') river separate it from the Eastern Rhaetian Alps. Administratively the Western Tauern Alps belong to the Austrian states of Tyrol, Salzburg and Carinthia and, in the southwest, to the Italian region of Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol.
